30-Day Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

At Luslumin, we are committed to providing you with a delightful and worry-free shopping experience. To achieve this, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, allowing you ample time to try on and consider your full-priced purchases within 30 days. Please read the detailed return and exchange regulations and procedures below carefully:
   

Return and Exchange Requirements

The return policy at Luslumin is a satisfaction guarantee, not a 30-day trial period. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and meet the following return conditions:
  1. All returned items must retain their original, undamaged product tags, remain in the same condition as Original Condition: All returned items must retain their original, undamaged product tags, remain in the same condition as when purchased, and be returned in their original packaging.
  2. Authorization Required: Prior authorization from Luslumin is required for all return requests.
  3. Jewelry Sets: Jewelry sets must be returned in their entirety and not separated. Ensure that all pieces within the set are unworn and still in their initial packaging. Individual components of a set will not be accepted for return.
  4. Included Accessories: All complimentary accessories included with the item, such as gift bags, display boxes, protective films, jewelry cleaning solutions, polishing cloths, GIA or IGI certificate, etc., must be returned along with the product and remain intact. Missing or damaged accessories may result in additional charges.
  5. Proof of Purchase: The proof of purchase must be included with the returned merchandise.
  6. International Returns: Kindly ship the items back to Luslumin directly from the country where you originally received them.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Customized, engraved, altered, or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All sale items are non-returnable.
  • Loose stones with inlay or damage marks, or jewelry with obvious signs of wear, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Special orders or items customized to specific requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
Limitations
Each customer is entitled to two return/exchange privileges per year. Requests exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
 

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. The original shipping fee (approximately $35) will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders with prepaid shipping fees, the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping fee. Duties and taxes paid separately during checkout will not be refunded.
 

Return Process

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Code: Please request your return authorization code via email (service@Luslumin.com). You will receive an email containing a PDF return guide. Print the document and return the merchandise within two days.
  2. Secure Packaging: Please use the original packaging to return all items and accessories, and label the outer packaging with "Luslumin" instead of "Diamonds" for safety.
  3. Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal Service Express or Priority Mail, insured for the total value of the contents. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500)
  4. Adhere to the Return Deadline: Return packages must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, and late returns will not be accepted.

Processing Time & Refund Methods

  1. Product Receipt & Review: Upon receiving your returned item, we will complete the return review and refund process within 10 to 15 business days. During this time, our professional team will thoroughly inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets all requirements outlined in our return policy.
  2. Refund Issuance: Following successful review, we will initiate the refund using your original payment method within the specified timeframe. This means the refunded amount will be credited back to the credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or other designated account originally used for the purchase.
  3. Funds Availability: After the refund is processed, your bank or payment platform typically requires an additional 5 to 10 business days to settle the funds into your account. Please note that the exact arrival time may vary due to bank processing speeds and holiday schedules; your patience is appreciated.
  4. Refund Currency: All refunds are issued in US dollars and we do not accept refunds in any other currency or cryptocurrencies. In case of currency conversion, applicable exchange rates and fees will be determined by your bank or payment platform.
  5. Refund Progress Notification: Once our team has processed your return and successfully initiated the refund, we will send you a confirmation email, informing you that the refund is underway. Please keep a close eye on your email inbox to stay informed about the progress of your refund.

Important Notes

  • Luslumin is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.
  • Each customer is limited to two return/exchange services per year.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Rejected return packages may incur additional charges deducted from the refund.
  • Upon receiving returns, we will conduct a quality inspection. Qualified return or exchange requests will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.
  • Failure to comply with policy tags, altered tags, not authorized by Luslumin, improper packaging, or lack of insurance may result in rejection or incur restocking fees.
