1. During Purchase: Look for items marked with "Engraving Available" on the product detail page. In the designated engraving input field, carefully type the message you wish to have engraved. Once confirmed, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Upon receiving your order, we'll promptly reach out via email to invite you to choose your preferred font style. Please respond within 72 hours with your confirmed engraving text and font selection. If we don't hear back within this time frame, we'll proceed with our classic "Cheque-Black" font to ensure timely completion of your personalized piece.
     Proactive Communication for Faster Service:
     We actively encourage proactive communication! After placing your order, feel free to reach out to us to initiate discussions about your engraving details. By doing so, you expedite the customization process, ensuring your unique preferences are swiftly addressed.
2. Order Addition: Forgot to add engraving service to your order? No worries. Contact our customer service team anytime, and we'll assist you in adding this service to your existing order.
3. Engraving for Purchased Jewelry: Already received Luslumin jewelry and want to add engraving? Simply bear the shipping cost to return the item. We'll take care of the subsequent engraving and re-delivery expenses. Send back the jewelry, and we'll carefully complete the engraving upon receipt.

Engraving Notes

1. Return and Exchange Policy: Engraved rings, due to their personalized nature, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please confirm carefully before placing your order.
2. Delivery Time:Given the precision of engraving craftsmanship, engraved jewelry may require an additional 1-3 working days for delivery.

What Can I Engrave?

1. Engraving Content: Ring engraving allows for a maximum of 20 characters. Whether it's an anniversary date, a heartfelt confession, initials, or a meaningful phrase, all can be transformed into a unique imprint on your fingers.
2. Font Selection: When selecting fonts, consider the coordination between the ring width and the length of the information. If you have any questions, our professional advisors will provide suitable recommendations to ensure clear and beautiful engraving. We offer engraving in three distinct font styles:

• The fonts shown in the images above are for reference only; actual engraving effects may vary slightly due to craftsmanship details.
• Please note that factors such as ring design and diamond setting may affect the engraving position. Certain styles or materials may not be suitable for engraving. We will select the most appropriate font size based on the ring's width.
• Our customer service team will confirm engraving details with you via email before proceeding to ensure accuracy.
• Adjusting the size of a previously engraved ring and re-engraving will incur a $50 service fee. If you wish to retain the original information, we recommend repurchasing the engraving service.
• Engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged, so please consider your order carefully.
