What is your return policy?

At Luslumin, we are committed to providing you with a delightful and worry-free shopping experience. To achieve this, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, allowing you ample time to try on and consider your full-priced purchases within 30 days. Below are return and exchange regulations:

  1. All returned items must retain their original, undamaged product tags, remain in the same condition as when purchased, and be returned in their original packaging.
  2. Prior authorization from LusLumin is required for all return requests.
  3. Jewelry sets must be returned in their entirety and not separated. Ensure that all pieces within the set are unworn and still in their initial packaging. Individual components of a set will not be accepted for return.
  4. All complimentary accessories included with the item, such as gift bags, display boxes, protective films, jewelry cleaning solutions, polishing cloths, GGL authentication cards, etc., must be returned along with the product and remain intact. Missing or damaged accessories may result in additional charges.
  5. The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the returned merchandise.
  6. Kindly ship the items back to LusLumin directly from the country where you received them originally.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized, engraved, altered, or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All sale items are non-returnable.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs:Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. The original shipping fee (approximately $30) will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders with prepaid shipping fees, the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping fee. Duties and taxes paid separately during checkout will not be refunded.

During the repair process, you only need to bear the transportation costs of sending the jewelry to our factory and us sending it back to you (round trip approximately $60).   • The above free maintenance and repair services are only applicable to products purchased through official Luslumin channels.

Can I wear jewelry all the time?

The maintenance of laboratory-grown gemstones is the same as natural gemstones. It is recommended to gently clean them with mild soapy water and a soft brush on a daily basis, followed by rinsing with pure water and patting dry with a soft cloth.
