90-Days Free Resizing

To ensure your Luslumin ring fits perfectly, we proudly offer one complimentary resizing service within 90 days of purchase. Below are the detailed terms:

  

Ring Resizing Guidelines

  1. Complimentary Resizing: Within the first 90 days after receiving your order, we provide one free resizing,  and we'll cover the cost to ship the resized ring back to you.

  2. Paid Resizing Service: For multiple resizing requests or adjustments beyond the 90-day period:Platinum, Gold, and Rose Gold ring resizing costs $50, while Platinum ring resizing costs $80. A return shipping fee of $30 applies to all customers. We cover the cost to ship the resized ring back to you.

  1. Scope of Free Resizing: This service covers resizing up or down by up to a quarter size. Adjustments exceeding this range require a new ring to be made to uphold jewelry integrity. In such cases, please contact customer service for a quote.

  2. Non-Adjustable Styles: Rings made of special materials like Cobalt, Titanium, Zirconium, and rings of special construction or those fully encrusted with diamonds cannot be resized due to design and material constraints.

Additional Notes

  • During resizing, minor metal addition or subtraction may occur to accommodate the new size, which could slightly affect ring thickness or weight. These are standard adjustments and not compensable.
  • Each resized ring undergoes rigorous quality control to meet Luslumin's high standards and fit your exact size requirements.

Service Process Overview

Request & Payment: Upon receiving your resizing request and payment, we'll email (service@Luslumin.com) you a return authorization number.
  
Proper Packaging:
  • Pack your jewelry in its original packaging or double-layered FedEx Priority boxes for safe transit.
  • Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes from the outer box.
  • Affix the FedEx label with your return authorization number (found in the return confirmation email).
Return Shipment:
  • Locate the nearest FedEx authorized shipping center using your zip code.
  • Hand-deliver the package at the FedEx location and retain the receipt. Luslumin and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in drop boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.

Processing Time & Shipment

After inspecting your ring, we'll promptly inform you of any additional costs. Standard resizing takes about 5 business days, followed by 3-5 business days for FedEx air shipment back to you, making the entire process, including return shipping, around 10 days.
